Accreditation audit process includes complete review of evidence based best practices derived from policy, procedure and practices including initial compliance and maintaining compliance with set expectations/standards,  inclusive of corrective action plan development, and consultant support for any deficiencies during the audit review.

Community Resources for Justice

Responsibilities included complete administrative oversight for a 125 bed FBOP re-entry facility. Duties included maintaining compliance with Statement of Work (SOW) which directed the contractor with FBOP expectations for acceptable operations.

Other administrative functions included: Staff supervision and oversight, budgeting, community liaison, program and public safety, facility maintenance and improvement.

Responsible for the monitoring of contract compliance and quality assurance for 18 prisons providing substance abuse treatment in a prison setting. Treatments provided: Modified TC Model, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and didactic curriculum presentations. All services are Evidence Based Best Practice for population being served.

Director of Quality Assurance for a newly established Q@A program agency wide to affect all deficiencies in residential and non-residential services. Developed policy and procedures to address DOJ settlement agreement for CRIPA compliance expectations.

Promoted to Director of Detention which included direct supervision of all secure state operated and privately contracted facilities, seventeen total. Utilized the Q@ A tools as new management protocols statewide for better services delivery and program offerings.

Provided substance abuse treatment in a state of the art residential setting, founded by Eric Clapton and located in Antigua, West Indies.

Treatment offerings included psycho drama, cognitive group therapy, 12 step orientation, spiritual development and individual therapy. Aftercare responsibilities included referent contact and development, as well as, referrals to appropriate long and short term treatment as required.
